WellTechFinds includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a refund
Email support@welltechfinds.com from the address used for your purchase and state that you want a refund. No explanation is required. I assess refund requests under this policy and issue approved refunds through Freemius, our Merchant of Record. PayPal refunds are processed immediately; card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
What is covered
The guarantee applies to the WellTechFinds desktop app purchase. It does not change any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
